About the Role

Requirement

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Good understanding of daily F&B operations, service flow, and kitchen coordination
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational SOPs
  • Ability to manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and daily task delegation
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred , as a large portion of customers from China are Mandarin‑speaking and effective communication is essential to minimise language barriers
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
