Operational Lead

Catalyst Logistics Inc. is looking for an Operational Lead to join our team. This role involves leading end-to-end freight pricing and agency ops, ensuring competitive rates, cost recovery, compliance and profitable growth.

Education: College Graduate, preferably with a degree in supply chain, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Experience: Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in freight forwarding industry.

Job Specific:

• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and Incoterms is an advantage.
• Willing to travel locally for client visits or business development activities.
• Has a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Understanding of client needs related to logistics, shipment handling, and customs coordination (can be learned on the job, but ideal if already present).
