About the Role

Description

of overall learning objectives and goals for the internship/benefit to the Intern:

To gain practical experiences in the field of admin, purchasing/procurement and finance management, regular duties and responsibilities of admin/ procurement/finance position.

Key responsibilities:

Administration activities:

  • Receiving and submitting correspondence at relevant government organizations.
  • Acting as Reception backup as needed
  • Other admin ad-hoc tasks

    • Procurement activities:

  • Provide support to procure goods and services for Vietnam Country program in compliance with the PATH procurement policy
  • Assisting in the registration of new vendors; contacting vendors and supporting them in the finalization of requested documents;
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents and implementation of the document/file management system;
