About the Role
**OpEx Engineer – Queretaro Site**
**Main Purpose Of Role**
This position is responsible, under general direction, for the execution of Operational excellence initiatives aligned with site goals and imperatives for increasing revenue, capacity, optimizing cycle time, space utilization, and improving customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for delivering tactical results from the application of Lean, OpEx and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Execute and support business unit overall layout administration including space utilization optimization analysis for the short and long term. May lead Site Master Plan and Layout Changes Control Forums intended to accomplish a strategic and tactic control of space and capacity utilization of the site and/or business unit
+ Execute method & time studies, capacity analysis and line balancing.
