• Oversee and conduct training and development of Direct Labor employees including Cross-Training, Periodic Training, BOP Review, personal development classes and other Manufacturing related training.
• Establish and coordinate Orientation/Onboarding and On-the-Job Training for new Manufacturing employees.
• Establish and manage competency framework for all new and existing Manufacturing employees according to the respective areas.
