The Operation Trainee will support the daily operational activities of Quality Aviation, ensuring smooth processing of travel services, customer coordination, documentation, and backend support. This role is designed to develop the trainee into a full-time Operations Executive through hands-on learning, structured tasks, and continuous training.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Travel Operations Support
- Assist in booking flights, hotels, ground services, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and manage PNRs, invoices, confirmations, and travel documents.
- Coordinate with airlines, GDS systems, and suppliers for reservations or changes.
