About the Role
Detailed Job Scope & Responsibilities
1. Equipment Operation & Control
- Operate assigned semiconductor equipment
- Perform machine setup, lot conversion, recipe selection, and parameter verification before production start.
- Ensure correct material loading and product configuration according to production traveler.
- Monitor machine alarms, error codes, SPC charts, and respond promptly.
- Maintain machine stability to ensure consistent product quality and output.
2. Equipment Performance & Productivity Management
Monitor and improve:
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- UPH (Units Per Hour)
- Yield performance
- Scrap rate
- Cycle time
- Identify productivity gaps and implement corrective actions.
