Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mix skilled technician.
• Plan and oversee operation projects involving shore and marine activities at Oil & Gas Terminals/Ports.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members including electrical, mechanical, and marine technicians to achieve project goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Develop and enforce good working standards, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operational systems in all phases of projects/tasks.
• Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
