1. P&L Ownership & Financial Performance

• Take full ownership of the warehouse P&L (revenue, operating cost, gross margin).
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets.
• Monitor monthly financial performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive cost optimisation across manpower, overtime, equipment, trucking, and utilities.
• Improve pricing discipline, yield management, and value-added services.
• Ensure operational decisions are commercially sound and margin-focused.

2. Operational Leadership

• Lead end-to-end bonded warehouse operations, including manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure efficient execution of inventory management, customs processes, customer service, and trucking operations in compliance with SOPs.
