About the Role

  Responsibilities 

 To handle operations of full port agency including documentation, port formalities, reports and arrangements as per instruction from principals

 To co-ordinate parties concerned for schedule of vessels

 To manage and arrange assignments and requirements from principals on timely basis

 Boarding cargo ships at terminal and anchorage is required

  Requirements 

 DSE / Form 5 or above

 Experience in shipping agency is an advantage

 Strong sense of responsibility is a must

 Good communication and interpersonal skills including with foreigners

 Good command in English and Mandarin

 Proficiency in MS Office

 Candidates with no experience can be considered as application to Operation Trainee
