About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Operations Manager in Shanghai. You will play a pivotal role in integrating and growing our DG business. You will also ensure flawless EHS and compliance risk management within our DG warehouse operations.
Build and manage efficient interfaces and handover processes with each pickup site
Develop and deliver practical SOP/WI and training programs for collaborators
Lead a team to ensure daily operations, including goods receipt and dispatch, stock transfers, repacking, and inventory management
Establish important metrics and scorecards to measure and improve warehouse performance
Build a transparent 3PL warehouse cost analysis dashboard
Optimize China's warehouse and distribution network
