Operation Manager

Cezars Kitchen Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple food service operations across Melaka and Johor . This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent food quality, leading outlet teams, and achieving financial and service performance targets.

The successful candidate will work closely with Head Office and outlet management teams to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational objectives.
