About the Role
To manage customer services, meet and exceed business objectives and ensure the consistentachievement of all third-party logistics KPIs.The Operations Manager must be able to develop new or improve processes, be able to documentand train staff, build reports, and analyse data, as well as communicate, instruct and work togetherwith our distributor to ensure all SLAs are met.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Train and develop staff.
- Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
- Document and sign off on processes.
- Be the first point of contact between the company and the distributor.
- Give direction or set priorities for the distributor.
- Ensure that all KPIs are within SLA.
- Communicate or resolve any exceptions to the SLA.
- Build new reports or dashboards (Smartsheet and Power BI)
