About the Role
Responsibilities
- To lead the Engineering and Production team for overall production delivery.
- To supervise and maintain production line in proper order, following procedures and control plan all the time.
- To execute production build plans & activities according to timeline. To participate to continuously monitor and improve the product line processes & quality.
- To provide the necessary support and coordination to pilot build of new products for timely completion.
- Identify, quantify and report any quality problem with materials and / or processes for seeking solution from the team.
- To drive relevant counterparts (e.g. Main Store, Finished Good & etc) for timely kitting and completion of jobs against customer delivery schedule.
- Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
