**What you will do**:
The Material Flow Manager role is the person to develop and deploy Lean Logistics Strategies to ensure correct and proper material flow thru the plant.
**How you will do it**:
- Define, maintain, and improve material replenishment flows, signals, transportation modalities and standard quantities for all manufacturing lines.
- Develop part flow from warehouse/factory and internal material supply to Point of Use (POU) using Lean manufacturing concept principles.
- Responsible to develop, manage & maintain Plan for Every Part (PFEP)/Logistics Parts List that delivers the best cost/service solution for every part.
- Collaborate with planning, quality, manufacturing, and procurement to define material safety stock, supplier ordering quantities, packaging configuration and standard labeling to streamline receiving, ensure quality and traceability and minimize repackaging and facilitate cycle counting.
