Objective Ensure the correct execution and continuous improvement of casting manufacturing processes in the automotive industry , guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, cost, environmental, and customer service standards. Foster a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and teamwork aligned with Nemak’s core values. Main Responsibilities Ensure safe and efficient casting operations in full alignment with HSE standards to achieve zero-accident performance. Supervise and coordinate all production activities within the casting area, ensuring compliance with production schedules, manpower planning, and resource utilization Manage and lead a workforce of 150–200 employees, including supervisors, operators, and technical staff, promoting engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement Monitor process performance and product quality, driving root-cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
