Job Description & Requirements Jobs Descriptions:
- Manpower planning - Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
- Responsible for operation supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
- Maintain great relationships with key business partners
- Work closely with Operation Head and management team to set and implement policies, procedures and systems
- Able to work night shift
- 6 days a week, location Tampines or Queenstown
- Team Player
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
