Job Responsibility
+ Identify, analyze, and prioritize improvement opportunities across production, quality, and maintenance processes.
+ To facilitate site-wide Point Kaizen activities, including promotion, submission tracking, and the review and awarding programs.
+ To organize site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, such as the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) forum.
+ To implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
+ To stay updated on corporate operational excellence content and best practices, incorporate relevant innovations into the organization's processes.
