我们正在寻找一位务实、积极、执行力强 的高级营运执行员，负责协调及管理各门店的日常营运，确保公司营运流程顺畅及服务品质稳定。
主要职责
- 监督各门店日常营运，确保SOP与服务标准被落实
- 跟进员工出勤、排班及门店整体表现
- 支持门店主管，处理营运相关问题
- 进行门店巡视、营运检查及简单报告
- 与人事、财务及市场团队协调营运事务
任职要求
- 至少 3–5年营运经验 （零售 / 餐饮 / 美业优先）
- 具备良好沟通与人员管理能力
- 肯下场执行，责任心强
- 能接受外出巡视不同门店
