Operational Support
Coordinate daily store operations — receiving, inventory checks, stock rotation, and replenishment.
Ensure price tags, labels, and signage are accurate and updated.
Assist in managing stock ordering and delivery scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, stock movements.
Prepare operational and compliance reports for management.
Assist in payroll, timesheets, attendance monitoring.
Respond to customer queries courteously and refer issues to relevant departments.
Interface with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
