About the Role
- Responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by greeting visitors managing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Welcoming guests providing information about the venues attractions and services
- Handling reservations and serving as a point of contact for VIPs and general guests while maintaining professional communication and a proactive approach to service
Qualifications:
- With experience in entertainment or leisure industry (like Timezone, World of fun, etc..)
- Senior High School graduate.
- With pleasing personality, good in customer service and willing to work on a shifting schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
