Operation and logistics manager

Belladama Aesthetic is a fast-growing medical aesthetics company focused on innovation, product development, and international expansion.

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations, suppliers, production follow-up, packaging, inventory, and international logistics.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage supplier and manufacturer relationships

* Coordinate production, packaging, and inventory activities

* Oversee logistics, shipping, and international deliveries

* Monitor operational performance and identify improvements

* Resolve supply chain and logistics issues

* Coordinate with regulatory, commercial, and management teams

* Ensure documentation, records, and operational processes are properly maintained

* Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking

Requirements

* Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
