About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily operational data (deliveries, pickups, rider performance, fuel consumption, etc.)
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management review
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery TAT, success ratio, and return ratio.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with customer service and regional teams
- Support route optimization and cost efficiency initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues
- Assist in forecasting volumes and manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
