About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including supplies, utilities, maintenance, and equipment.
  • Keep client and company records updated in the CRM system.
  • Support management and team with admin tasks, meetings, and events.
  • Support the Project Manager or Sales team in preparing quotations, technical data sheets, and product specifications.
  • Help track project timelines, deliveries, and installation schedules.
  • Communicate with suppliers or factories regarding stock availability and production updates.
  • Help arrange deliveries and coordinate with the logistics team.
  • Prepare and organize site documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
