About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supplies, utilities, maintenance, and equipment.
- Keep client and company records updated in the CRM system.
- Support management and team with admin tasks, meetings, and events.
- Support the Project Manager or Sales team in preparing quotations, technical data sheets, and product specifications.
- Help track project timelines, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Communicate with suppliers or factories regarding stock availability and production updates.
- Help arrange deliveries and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Prepare and organize site documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
