Openshift Engineer L1 Support – Senior (Philippines)

As a Senior OpenShift Engineer L1 Support, you will provide first‑line technical assistance for the OpenShift platform, monitoring cluster health, triaging incidents, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will follow runbooks, ensure timely communication with users, and hand off complex issues to L2 and L3 teams.
