About the Role

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced specialist for a 12-month contract to lead the development and implementation of modern capital project delivery methodologies and systems for our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing owner’s governance, designing and optimizing processes, and selecting digital systems that enable advanced project delivery. The focus areas include 3D design, building information modeling (BIM), project and asset information management, advanced work packaging, and project controls.
Develop, document, and implement owner’s governance frameworks for capital project delivery, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
