Job Overview:
The Customer Support Representative will handle customer and driver concerns for a ride-hailing platform, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional assistance across communication channels while meeting service quality standards.
Qualifications:
-College Graduate / College Undergraduate / SHS / Associate Graduate – with at least 12 months BPO experience
-High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) – with at least 36 months BPO experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Salary Package:
-Up to PHP 27,000
