About the Role

Wesbell is seeking an Ontario Technical Services Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing a regional team of technicians and electricians. Ensuring technical policies and procedures are being followed, jobs are completed with a high level of quality and safety, scheduling, training and mentoring employees.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of your assigned project and technicians
Schedule your team of technicians to fulfill client workload, deal with multiple schedule changes.
Complete ALL jobs/projects to the allocated budgets which will come from PMO or sales. If the job/project cannot be completed in the allocated budgeted hours, it’s the responsibility of the Technical Services Manager to flag the job and report in detail to sales why the job/project cannot be completed to the assig...
