About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and a solid understanding of WordPress, MERN stack, and AI agents.
This role is strictly for professionals who know how to win high-quality projects, communicate with clients, and convert leads into long-term business.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in:
Upwork bidding & proposal writing (mandatory)
WordPress projects (business & technical understanding)
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, )
AI agents / AI-based solutions (basic to advanced understanding)
Strong client communication and negotiation skills
Ability to identify client needs and close deals
Experience handling international clients
Results-driven mindset
Compensation
Fixed basic salary
5%–10% commission on every successfully closed project
Long-term growth opportunities based on performance
