Onsite Representative (North Rocks)

At Team Global Express, we’re looking for an On-Site Representative (OSR) in North Rocks to play a critical role in delivering seamless transport and distribution services from our customer’s site.

This is a hands-on operations role where you’ll be the key link between our drivers, the customer, and the broader TGE network ensuring every delivery runs efficiently, safely, and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate the daily allocation of deliveries to ensure efficient use of fleet and on-time performance

• Oversee on-site transport operations, including sortation and preparation of freight

• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and stakeholders

• Monitor and manage driver performance, attendance, and presentation standards
