Job Title: On-Site Manager (Fulltime permanent)
Company: Arrow Workforce Solutions
Location: Brampton/Bolton
Pay Rate: $50,000/Annum
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7AM to 3:30PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a workforce of 70–140 employees
- Coordinate daily staffing needs for each shift
- Prepare and maintain daily attendance reports
- Conduct new hire orientations and site walk-ins
- Issue and track PPE for all new hires
- Maintain accurate PPE inventory
- Collect and distribute employee paychecks
- Compile and submit weekly timesheets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure smooth on-site operations in a fast-paced environment
