Onsite Field Service Engineer Position

Become a vital part of AV Group as an Onsite Field Service Engineer, where you'll provide essential troubleshooting and support at client facilities. The role combines both remote and onsite responsibilities to enhance client satisfaction.
This full-time position focuses on client-facing service and problem-solving within audio-visual systems. You will maintain project documentation, develop testing protocols, and engage in the assembly of project closeout documentation. Working closely with clients' IT teams and leveraging your AV expertise, you will implement leading-edge system designs to meet technological standards.
