About the Role
Responsibilities: To drive sales conversion through WhatsApp and digital communication channels; build and manage customer relationships to support repeat business; execute digital sales campaigns and product promotions; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment; maintain customer and sales data for tracking and performance monitoring; support the company's digital sales growth and customer engagement initiatives.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp and digital communication platforms.
- Good communication skills to engage and interact with customers effectively.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel for tracking and simple reporting.
