An E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving online revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that optimize website and e-commerce platform performance, enhance customer experience (UX), and increase digital sales. This role ensures smooth day-to-day online operations while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Care
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and deliveries for accurate order fulfillment
- Prepare and dispatch orders within 24 hours
- Address and resolve online customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Double-check parcels prior to shipment to prevent returns or bounced-back orders
- Promote George's physical stores whenever applicable
- Ensure prompt and courteous responses to customer messages and inquiries
