Onboarding Partner

The Onboarding Partner is responsible for leading a successful implementation of empleyado system. The onboarding partner initiates the project, identifying the key stakeholders and setting their expectations, designs implementation plan, manages project timelines, communicate project status and closes all phases of implementation.

• Develop project plans and assign tasks to appropriate representatives
• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and provide regular progress updates
• Lead progress meetings to review status, issues, and plans
• Guide clients to comply with legal requirements by explaining benefits and relevance
• Manage gaps between client policies and project requirements, and develop implementation strategies
• Respond to inquiries about requirements, systems, and policies
