Onboarding and Platform Audit Manager

zerohash is seeking a Manager, Third Party Onboarding and Compliance who will help shape and lead the compliance program's customer onboarding, risk management and consumer protection team to drive the execution of key priorities. This role will specifically be responsible for leading KYB/KYC Client Onboarding, KYC Refresh, High Risk Customer and Client Reviews and Enhanced Due Diligence, and Zero Hash primary customer audits as well as compliance by Zero Hash and its partners with federal and state consumer protection and disclosure requirements. This is a supervisory position that will manage a team of full-time staff (of various seniority and specialization) and, as necessary, external contractors. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a great communicator, and has the ability to influence through respect and trust. You will report directly to the Chief AML Officer/Deputy Chief Compliance Officer (or other senior Compliance manager).
