Key Responsibilities:
* System Development: Designing, developing. and implementing solutions within the OnBase platform to support document management. workflow automation, and other business process requirements.
* Customization and Configuration: Configuring OnBase modules. including document types. keyword fields, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet specific business needs.
* Integration: Integrating OnBase with other systems, such as NET, CRM, and other Enterprise systems, through various methods such as APis, web services. and data connectors.
* Troubleshooting and Support: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to OnBase applications, workflows, and integrations, providing end-user support as needed.
* Documentation: Creating technical documentation, including system design. configuration, and deployment guides, to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date information.
