On-call Basic and Advanced IGF Instructor

The On-call or Part-time Instructor or Training Specialist is directly in-charge of the course delivery and ensures that all materials and equipment needed in the conduct of training are in good working condition to ensure high standard and quality training. S/he makes sure that learning is properly communicated to all the training participants.

Advanced IGF Instructor Requirements:

· COC as a Management Level Engineer Officer.

· At least 1 year of seagoing service at the Management Level on ships subject to the IGF Code or on a liquefied gas tanker.

· COP in both Basic and Advanced Training for Ships Subject to the IGF Code.

· Completion of Instructor Training Course (IMO Model Course 6.09).

· Completion of Simulator Training Course (IMO Model Course 6.10).

· Attendance in Basic and Advanced IGF trainings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts the courses assigned
• Reports and finishes the class on time
