The Role
To lead the on-site technical team and contractors in delivering world-class maintenance for a premier utility-scale Wind Farm and integrated Battery Energy Storage System. You will be responsible for maximizing asset availability, ensuring 100% safety compliance, and managing the lifecycle of HV infrastructure and advanced energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Asset Management

• Maintenance Strategy: Execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs for 57 wind turbines, the substation, and the BESS unit.
• Asset Performance: Monitor SCADA data to identify underperformance; lead root cause analysis (RCA) for repeat faults.
