- Assisted in transitioning applications from manual user management and custom authentication mechanisms to Okta-based SSO and automated provisioning .
- Integrated applications using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 , and SCIM .
- Supported configuration of SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication policies .
- Assisted in implementing IGA use cases , including:
- User lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)
- Access request and approval workflows
- Role and group-based access
- Access reviews and certifications
- Supported onboarding of workforce and partner applications into Okta.
