Role overview

The On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) — Learning and Development Team (Pooling) will assist with training coordination, learning operations and pooled support activities. This position is ideal for students or who are eager to develop practical skills in training delivery, learning administration and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with experienced L&D colleagues, follow established procedures and contribute to a dependable pooled support model.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Support logistical tasks such as training materials and arranging equipment.
• Help maintain learning records, attendance logs and update training databases to ensure accurate tracking.
• Prepare, update and distribute clear training materials.
