Job Description:
- Sell IT Staff Augmentation services including dedicated developers, remote teams, and contract staffing to clients in the USA, Canada, and Australia
- Drive new client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Set meetings with decision-makers such as CTOs, HR Heads, Engineering Managers, and Procurement teams
- Understand client requirements and propose right-fit offshore staffing solutions
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
