We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Offshore Personnel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you act as the critical link between project teams and offshore personnel. You ensure efficient staff rotations, maintain optimal team compositions, and proactively solve crewing challenges in a fast-paced operational environment.
Your role
You manage schedules and annual leave planning for all survey staff onboard our vessels;
You track the utilisation and availability of offshore personnel;
You coordinate the mobilisation of survey teams using both internal staff and external agencies, aligned with project requirement...
