Position Summary

The Offset Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining offset printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Set up and operate offset printing machines for various print jobs.
• Adjust ink, water balance, registration, and pressure to achieve correct color and print quality.
• Load plates, paper, and ink according to job requirements.

Quality Control

• Inspect printed outputs for color accuracy, alignment, clarity, and consistency.
• Make necessary adjustments to correct printing defects during production.
• Ensure all prints meet quality standards and customer specifications.
