Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Update and maintain HIRARC and conduct risk assessments.
• Perform regular workplace and machinery safety inspections.
• Enforce PPE usage and safe work practices.
• Manage contractor safety and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
• Monitor scheduled waste and environmental compliance.
• Organize fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct SHE training and safety awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain SHE documentation, reports, and KPIs.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external parties.
