Responsibilities

• Rate Validation: Validate system rates against proposed billing rates by country for financial reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with finance and operations teams.

• System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, upload, and maintain rate lines in the Smart Kargo system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Additional Charges Management: Ensure the accuracy of additional charges (Cargo Management Fees, AWB fees, Correction Fees) in the system and reconcile any discrepancies.

• Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze billing reports, providing insights to senior management on trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support rate-related queries and ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
