Job Summary

Responsible to report as a Service Officer reliever in the area/branches or whenever and wherever support or additional manpower complement is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assumes full responsibility of the Service Officer being relieved.
• Ensures that all documents, transactions, forms and other pertinent information being handled in the branch is properly turned over to the Branch Head and/or Service Officer before returning to the area office after relieving duties is complete.
• Reports any untoward incidents or situations to Area Head / AOO / Branch Head.
• Gives recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensures confidentiality of own passwords in all assigned systems.
