About the Role

Job Summary

Responsible to report as a Service Officer reliever in the area/branches or whenever and wherever support or additional manpower complement is
needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as a Service Officer reliever to branches as assigned by the Area Head.

Assumes full responsibility of the Service Officer being relieved including its key result areas, job description, branch targets and all other
key success factors.

Ensures that all documents, transactions, forms and other pertinent information being handled in the branch is properly turned over to
the Branch Head and/or Service Officer before returning to the area office after relieving duties is complete.

Reports any untoward incidents or situations to Area Head / AOO / Branch Head.

Gives recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
