needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Acts as a Service Officer reliever to branches as assigned by the Area Head.
• Assumes full responsibility of the Service Officer being relieved including its key result areas, job description, branch targets and all other
  key success factors.
• Ensures that all documents, transactions, forms and other pertinent information being handled in the branch is properly turned over to
  the Branch Head and/or Service Officer before returning to the area office after relieving duties is complete.
• Reports any untoward incidents or situations to Area Head / AOO / Branch Head.
• Gives recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
