Position Summary

The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating & executing the daily operations (receiving, inspection, system transactions, parts picking, packing, labelling & delivery preparation) for all Trading & Sub-con items, parts verification (ATK) & special labels preparation for DI customers. This role ensures accurate material & parts handling, compliance with quality requirements & timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Operation: Receive parts from vendors and sub-con, perform initial inspection and sorting, verify parts and send to QA for incoming buy-off, perform GRN & Job Receipt at SL10.
• Material Handling & Parts Picking: Perform as per MPL, parts verification for ATK prior to QA for delivery buy-off.
• Packing, Labelling & Documentation: Pack, prepare & affix labels as per customer CO as well as special labels preparation for DI Customers.
